What is the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium VPS plans?

The biggest difference would be that Basic plans do not have Backups or Snapshots. For this reason, Basic VPS plans are recommended only for cases where you need to test or to host data you don't mind losing. IPv4 Addresses are NOT included with Basic VPS plans.
