In order to have an active SkySilk account, a valid Primary Payment method must be on file at all times.
In order to remove a current Primary Payment method, please follow these instructions:
- Navigate to Account Billing Settings
- Add a secondary form of payment
- Mark that new secondary form of payment as your Primary Payment method
- Remove your previous payment information
Please note our credit card verification is handled by a third-party provider, Stripe, which is an industry-standard. They ensure user payment information is always safe and never exposed directly to us, as a result, we don't ever store user card numbers or process payments directly as this is handled securely by Stripe.
To remove all payment methods, an account must be deactivated and a GDPR request must be submitted via support ticket.
