If you deployed a machine at a monthly-rate* and are unsatisfied for any reason before 7 days have passed, and don't feel we will be able to make it up to you, please let us know.
We do not offer refunds beyond that 7 day grace period. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances, you are welcome to create a support ticket and our team will take a look to see what options are available for you.
*Please note, direct account deposits are non-refundable transactions. Only user accounts meeting the requirements listed above are eligible for refund review.
