If you deployed a machine on at a monthly-rate* and are unsatisfied for any reason after 7 days of creating your SkySilk account, and don't feel we will be able to make it up to you, please let us know and we will offer a full refund, no questions asked.

We do not offer refunds beyond that 7 day grace period. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances feel free to create a support ticket and our team will take a look to see what options are available for you.
